Midnight Diner features a rotating menu that changes with the owner's mood, what ingredients she has on-hand, and what is fresh and in-season.
However, the owner is happy to make anything a customer wants so long as she has the ingredients.

Midnight Diner is a small izakaya open to all who are looking for a cozy spot to enjoy a good meal and engaging conversation.

Meet the Chef
Midnight Diner was founded by Mizuki Chinatsu a self-professed "Adventuring Culinarian/Part-time Restauranteur". Introduced to the vast and exciting world of the culinary arts at a young age in her hometown of Limsa Lominsa, she spends her time traveling around Hydaelyn searching for ingredients and learning new recipes she could share with her patrons.
